Love the Power that Fires your Passion

I’ve always seen my work as a ‘calling’ or a ‘vocation’. It’s how I was raised I guess. I love my work, and I am passionate about what I do. I know that the primary determinant of a business culture is the business owner and his or her Vision and Values. The secondary factors are the structure, systems and processes that the business owner puts in place to carry this vision and these values. Being a business owner involves tremendous responsibilities to live up to our own ideals, but would you want it any other way? Love what you do, that’s what I reckon anyway.
